Will Sheppard takes shot at Vanderbilt following big performance for Colorado
Will Sheppard spent four seasons at Vanderbilt before transferring to Colorado ahead of the 2024 campaign. After Colorado’s 48-21 win over UCF on Saturday, the fifth-year wide receiver took a jab at his former program.
“If y’all know where I came from, Vanderbilt, that’s the most complete win I’ve had in my career,” Sheppard said.
In Sheppard’s four seasons with the Commodores, they recorded a combined 9-36 overall record and 2-31 mark in conference play. In comparison, Colorado is off to a hot start this season, sitting with a 4-1 record and two wins against Big 12 foes.
