Tennessee Titans (0-3) quarterback Will Levis exited the first quarter of Monday’s Week 4 road contest against the Miami Dolphins (1-2) to be examined for an injury to his throwing shoulder.

As Levis went into the blue medical tent, Mason Rudolph replaced Levis under center. Levis sustained the injury attempting to dive for the first down on a quarterback keeper. He came down hard on his right shoulder and showed to be in significant pain.
