On Thursday, Paramount+ released the official trailer for Landman, a highly anticipated series based on Texas Monthly and Imperative Entertainment’s 2019 podcast, Boomtown.  Set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, Landman is a modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of oil rigs. The ten-episode drama was cocreated by Taylor Sheridan and Texas Monthly alum Christian Wallace, who wrote and hosted the podcast while at TM. Among the series’ executive producers are Sheridan, Wallace, and Texas Monthly’s own J. K.
