Top 2025 recruit Logyn Greer has committed to the Colorado Buffaloes, she told On3. She chose Colorado over Clemson and West Virginia. 

“I’d say it was the play style and the family atmosphere,” Greer told On3. “I just felt like I was very comfortable there…I’d say just the atmosphere and the school itself is just beautiful being around all the mountains and everything. I just think that the atmosphere is very nice.”

Greer, a 6-foot-3 forward out of Wynnewood (PA) Friends’ Central School liked the idea of a school far away from home, formed great relationships with the coaching staff and could see herself fitting into the Buffaloes’ play style. Colorado was her final official visit, in late September, and she knew it was the place for her. 

“It’s like a read-and-react offense,” Greer said. “It’s like a motion, Princeton offense. I feel like I fit very well with that. I’ll be at that elbow area or the wing area. I feel very comfortable with those spots.”

She’s formed a long relationship with the staff and immediately felt comfortable on her visit to Boulder. 

“They recruited me about two years ago and they were just very consistent and persistent,” Greer said. “I felt very wanted and needed there.”

One of the biggest pieces of Greer’s recruitment was choosing a program that would really develop her as a player to help her reach her goals at the next level. 

“After college, I want to go pro, so I really care about the development piece and how they use me,” Greer told On3.
