Former Kentucky star Ray Davis is on the board in the NFL, scoring his first official touchdown as a pro in Week 3 with his Buffalo Bills taking on the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday Night Football.

Blowing out the road team late in the 4th quarter, the former Wildcat saw an increased workload down the stretch and made the most of his reps, finding the end zone for the final score of the game with 4:04 to go. The touchdown came from three yards out, Davis slicing through the defense for the tough score and ultimate exclamation mark to close out the 47-10 win.

He would wrap up the win with 22 yards and a touchdown on seven carries with a long of 10 yards. It brings his season total to 64 yards on 19 carries while adding three catches for 14 yards through the air.

Davis was selected by the Bills with the No. 128 pick in the fourth round following a historic career in Lexington. The 5-10 playmaker ended his collegiate career with 746 rushing attempts for 3,626 yards and 29 touchdowns while adding 94 receptions for 762 yards and 12 touchdowns through the air. He would earn First Team All-SEC honors after racking up 1,129 yards and 14 touchdowns on 199 carries while adding 323 yards and seven touchdowns on 33 receptions in his lone season as a Wildcat.

The single-season record holder at Kentucky for most total touchdowns, Davis is picking up where he left off with the Buffalo Bills in the NFL.

And it came on the big stage, punching it in on national television during Monday Night Football.
