Quinn Ewers goes down with injury, Arch Manning enters game vs. UTSA

Texas is rolling early against UTSA but has run into a significant injury problem. Quarterback Quinn Ewers went down with an injury following a play not involving the pass game. Ewers originally signaled toward the sideline to take him out but eventually went on the ground.
