PG Bradley Floyd discusses his recruitment

PG Bradley Floyd discusses his recruitment

Bradley Floyd averaged 19.6 points, 4.6 assists, and 1.7 steals last season at Kings Mountain (NC) High School. The 6-foot-5 guard played this summer with the Team United program on Nike’s E16 Circuit. Floyd transferred to Winston Salem (NC) Christian for his junior season.

“I’m good at getting downhill and making the pass,” Floyd told On3. “I can make shots when I need to. I’m making better decisions now out of the pick-and-roll, playing off screens, and making plays consistently now with Coach Lowe. I watch a lot of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander with his pace.”

On3 was able to catch up with Bradley Floyd after a recent live viewing to discuss the latest in his recruitment.

Bradley Floyd talks recruitment

“Right now I have offers from Florida State, Appalachian State, Hampton, and Stetson,” Floyd said.

FLORIDA STATE: “I don’t know too much about their program yet. But I do know that Coach (Leonard) Hamilton is from my hometown in Gastonia. I know we can build a good relationship with that.”

“I’ve heard from schools like Virginia Tech, Georgia, some schools like that,” Floyd said.

“I’m an outside guy, I like being outside,” Floyd said. “So I want to go somewhere that has good views and where I can just chill and be by myself some. Development is going to be big for me, I want to be developed as much as I can.
