Nominations are now open for Business Insider’s fifth annual list of rising stars in real estate.
If you know an up-and-comer aged 35 or younger in commercial or residential real estate, we’d love to hear about them.
We’re looking for trailblazers who are making a meaningful impact in any corner of the industry. The nominations are open to real-estate professionals and individuals from other industries who work closely with real estate.
BI reporters and editors will weigh how and why nominees stand out in the context of current themes and issues facing the real-estate industry in 2024 in particular.
Please submit your suggestions below, or through this form by Monday, November 4, 2024.
Check out last year’s list, along with those from 2022 and 2021, for inspiration.
Criteria and methodology
Our selection criteria: We ask that nominees be 35 or under as of November 4, 2024, be based in the US, and stand out from their peers.
We are seeking the best and the brightest working in real estate in roles including, but not limited to, academics, agents, architects, brokers, builders, designers, developers, founders, investors, nonprofit staffers, policymakers, property managers, and urban planners.
Final decisions will be made by BI’s editorial team.
