Nebraska releases final injury report ahead of Northern Iowa game
Nebraska is now a week removed from taking down Colorado, a massive win for the program. The time to move on has come, though. Northern Illinois is in Lincoln as the Huskers look to reach 3-0 under head coach Matt Rhule.
Before kickoff, there were some injury situations to address. Nebraska released its final injury report, with four players showing up. Beginning with the bad news, three have been ruled out and will not play on Saturday night.
- Cornerback Blye Hill
- Safety Javin Wright
- Offensive lineman Micah Mazzccua
Edge rusher Jimari Butler is still considered questionable, with no final decision being made on him quite yet. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT, meaning Butler will likely go through pregame warmups before finding out if he can play for Nebraska.
