Medical professionals reveal alarming number of fans taken to medical room in LSU vs. UCLA, per report
LSU was leading 34-17 in the fourth quarter against UCLA on Saturday. The problem was, looking at the pictures of the Tiger Stadium crowd in Baton Rouge, the home crowd had surprisingly thinned out in the second half. We got the reason for that late in the second half, when Bryce Koon spoke with some medical professionals on his way up to the press box at the game. They said the number of people who were taken to the “medical room” is north of 70 people.
So clearly, the heat in Baton Rouge had something to do with it. The temperatures in Baton Rouge near the end of the game were 87 degrees Fahrenheit.
