The Southeastern Conference’s Texas Longhorns and Georgia Bulldogs seem to be pulling away from the pack early on this college football regular season, at least per some analysts.

ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit is among them. Earlier this week, he mentioned as much during an episode of the Pat McAfee Show, according to a report in On3.

“I think it’s obvious right now that Georgia and Texas kind of look like they’re at a different level,” Herbstreit reportedly told the show’s host. He later added, “… Georgia, the way we thought about Texas last week, that’s how we felt about Georgia Week 1.”
