Grayson McCall injury update: NC State QB taken to hospital after being carted off vs. Wake Forest

NC State starting quarterback Grayson McCall has been taken to the hospital after suffering a scary injury in the first quarter of Saturday’s game against Wake Forest.

McCall was on the wrong end of a hard hit from multiple Wake Forest defenders. He stayed down for several minutes and was eventually carted off the field.

According to the CW Broadcast, he has been taken to WakeMed. Grayson McCall missed two games earlier this season with an undisclosed injury.

The transfer quarterback dealt with multiple concussions previously during his time at Coastal Carolina.
