There’s also your Pro Canes column breaking down how all the NFL Hurricanes fared including stats and highlights.

In recruiting?

Don’t miss our Inside The Lines feature with IMG Academy 2026 four-star offensive lineman and top Miami target Breck Kolojay, who decided to make the move to the Sunshine State with hopes of gaining more exposure.

Plus we catch up with Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) The Benjamin School four-star 2026 linebacker Adam Balogoun-Ali off his visit for the Virginia Tech game. Find out where things stand there.

MESSAGE BOARD POST OF THE DAY

Two year trend? … Posted by Hooracane

Last year around this time, we started to slow down on offense. Many blame TVD which was definitely a factor; however, can it be Dawson’s play calling as well? Teams adjust as the year goes on. The Cal game will be very revealing to me in that it will either show us that Friday was a “bad” showing or it will show that other teams are starting to adjust to our schemes. If we struggle again against Cal that will be a concern to me. Yes…yes…I know we aren’t going to blow every team out but let’s face it…Cal is another average ACC team. If we are who we think we are, we should return to form and win comfortably. If we struggle again, this year will be a white knuckle ride every week.

MIAMI HURRICANES QUOTE OF THE DAY

“Four remaining opponents rank No. 32 in the nation or better when it comes to passing yards.”
