Aaron Rodgers injury: Robert Saleh gives definitive update on Jets QB

New York Jets coach Robert Saleh offered an update on quarterback Aaron Rodgers after he appeared to suffer an injury Sunday. Rodgers came up limping after he was sacked late in the game, though he continued to play.

Still, the quarterback appeared to be affected by the injury in the final two drives as he was slow the move around in the pocket. However, Saleh quelled any fears by claiming Rodgers was “fine” in his postgame interview.

“He’s fine, probably just a little wear and tear,” Saleh said according to NBC’s Pro Football Talk.

Rodgers finished the day 24-of-42 passing for 225 yards and was sacked five times. The Jets ended up losing by a score of 10-9 as they dropped to 2-2 on the young season.
