2025 WR Carl Jenkins decommits from UCF

Saint Augustine (Fla.) three-star wide receiver Carl Jenkins has decommitted from UCF, he told On3’s Hayes Fawcett this evening.

Jenkins, a 6-foot-3, 164-pound wideout, initially pledged to the Knights on June 29.

He is the nation’s No. 711 overall prospect, No. 111 wide receiver and No. 94 recruit from Florida in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

UCF is now down to 18 commitments in its 2025 recruiting class. Cocoa (Fla.) four-star wide receiver Jayvan Boggs, Warner Robins (Ga.) Northside four-star offensive tackle Chastan Brown, Kissimmee (Fla.) Osceola four-star running back Taevion Swint, Boynton Beach (Fla.) Somerset Canyons four-star receivers Waden Charles and Palm Beach (Fla.) Central four-star safety Tony Williams headline the class as blue-chip pledges.
