Florida State (1-6, 1-5) resumed preparation for its annual rivalry contest vs. Miami with a 25 period practice on Monday morning; the Seminoles had Sunday off after a Saturday walk-through.
Footage in the video above is from periods one, two and four. Period three features situational 11-on-11 work and is prohibited from being filmed.
Miami leads the all-time series 35-33.

FSU’s upcoming opponent, #6 Miami, defeated Louisville 52-45 on Saturday afternoon.
Sought after QB Cam Ward has amassed 27 touchdowns this season for the Hurricanes while FSU has accounted for a team total of 10 on offense. Ward has out-gained the entire FSU offense 2,728 yards to 1,932.
The Seminoles and Hurricanes will square off in Miami on Saturday at 7 p.m on ESPN.
Florida State added 14 players from the transfer portal and a high school recruiting class that finished 14th in the 2024 cycle. The 2025 early signing period for prep signees begins Wednesday December 4 and closes on December 6.
The transfer portal will open for business Monday, Dec. 9, 2024, and closes Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025.
