Before Georgia hosts Auburn for its Week 6 SEC matchup, both teams have released their final injury report.

While both injury reports could be worse, the biggest name coming into game day is Georgia defensive lineman Mykel Williams. Williams has been questionable all week, and his status has settled on being an official game-time decision heading into warmups.

Auburn:

• DB Tyler Scott – Out
• DB Champ Anthony – Out
• TE Brandon Frazier – Out

Georgia:

• RB Roderick Robinson – Out
• LB Smael Mondon – Out
• OL Tate Ratledge – Out
• DL Jordan Hall – Game Time Decision
• DL Mykel Williams – Game Time Decision
• OL Jared Wilson – Game Time Decision

Williams is returning from an ankle sprain and has played in a limited capacity this season. His potential return is a big boost for the Bulldogs’ defense, but Smart also noted that Williams is going to be working a balancing act between on-field impact and recovery for the time being.

“Mykel’s coming along nicely. He’s still sore. He’s going to be sore on it,” Smart said of Williams earlier in the week. “That’s to be understood. When you go play on that and return from that injury, you have to deal with some pain and deal with the soreness and he’s done a tremendous job with rehab and we’ve done a really good job of trying to get him back, get him ahead of schedule each week.” 

For fellow defensive lineman, Jordan Hall, who is still working his way back from a dual-leg lower-body injury.

Jordan’s continuing to progress and working hard,” Smart said. “He does indy drills, he takes reps. Even with a little bit of pain there. And he’s just trying to get comfortable to tolerate that. I mean, it’s a very unique thing where you had both legs, not just one, which that’s compounding the issue a little bit for him.”

Kickoff between the Bulldogs and Tigers is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET between the hedges live on ABC and ESPN+.
