Adam Oumiddoch is currently the No. 21 overall player in the 2025 On3 150. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard, originally from Virignia is playing his junior season at Atlanta (GA) Overtime Elite. This summer Oumiddoch averaged 16.7 points and 5.8 rebounds on the Adidas 3SSB 16u Circuit while playing with the Team Loaded VA program.

“As I’m getting older now, getting stronger, I would describe my game as an all-around player,” Oumiddoch told On3. “I’m beginning to be a two-way guy, making plays on both ends of the floor. I would say I’m a great scorer, but I’m about winning basketball games. My game has developed a lot on the mental side. I’m coming into this season being about the right stuff, getting my game better every day.”

On3 was able to catch up with four-star Adam Oumiddoch recently to discuss the current state of his recruitment.

“I would say I’m hearing the most right now from schools LSU, Auburn, Kentucky, Oklahoma State, and Rutgers,” Oumiddoch said. “I haven’t been on any campuses yet, but I have been offered by all of those schools, except Kentucky.”

Oumiddoch talks recruitment

LSU: “The assistant coach Casey Long came up here just the other day. We chatted it up for a long time, he’s a cool guy. He’s been on me since like day one, so he’s my guy, we’re real cool.”

AUBURN: “Coach has been trying to get me up to campus, so I’ve got to figure that out. I definitely watch their games. They play freely, especially their guards, and Coach (Bruce) Pearl lets them do that. That is how I like to play.”

RUTGERS: “My guy, Coach TJ (Thompson) always tells me that Ace (Bailey) and Dylan (Harper) are going to leave at some point so they need another dog up there. Coach just keeps telling me that it’s my time. Coach (Steve) Pikiell hits me up too.”

OKLAHOMA STATE: “Coach (Steve) Lutz and then the assistant coach James Miller are my guys. They came up here the other day to talk to me. They are both cool people, and they say how they play fast and how my game fits with what they’re trying to build over there.”

KENTUCKY: “I’ve heard some from Coach (Mark) Pope, but I talk the most with Coach Cody (Fueger). The first time he talked with me, he told me that he was a huge fan of mine. That meant a lot. So we have just grown our relationship from there.”

“I’m going to be looking for the best relationship that I have with the coaches,” Oumiddoch said. “The way they play basketball will be big for me too, their style of play. I want to go somewhere that I am comfortable playing freely and not really think too much about things. I don’t want to play robotic.

“The visits will be big for me too. When I go up to the campuses, I want to see how it feels, the vibe of the schools, and if I can really feel a connection to the place.”
