Oklahoma State offensive lineman, former Vanderbilt transfer Jason Brooks re-enters NCAA transfer portal

Oklahoma State offensive lineman and former Vanderbilt transfer Jason Brooks has re-entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, according to On3’s Pete Nakos.

Brooks redshirted with the Commodores in 2020, and played his freshman season in 2021 with the team before transferring to Oklahoma State ahead of the 2022 season. Since, he’s been with the Cowboys, but now it’s evident he’ll be looking for a new home as he continues his collegiate career.

Over the course of his career, Brooks has been an interior offensive lineman, excelling in the running game with the Cowboys. According to the team’s website, “PFF gave him the second-best season run blocking grade of any Cowboy starting offensive lineman.”
