Feds file sex-discrimination suit against owner of San Antonio’s Ingram Park Chrysler
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has sued the owner of Ingram Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, alleging the dealership allowed two female employees to be subjected to discrimination and harassment. The petition, filed Wednesday in federal court in San Antonio, also maintains that Ingram Park Chrysler owner Benson Enterprises Inc. allowed managers to retaliate against the women and create a hostile work environment. Officials with Benson Enterprises were unavailable for immediate comment on the suit.
