USC and Wisconsin are set to meet in a fun Big Ten matchup that will involve some significant travel as the new conference alignment plays out for the first time.

Much like the point spread, ESPN’s Analytics also have USC as a considerable favorite going into the game. The metric showed USC with an 88.9% chance of winning the game as of Sept. 21.
Some of that simply speaks to the firepower USC boasts, particularly offensively.
The Trojans have been led by quarterback Miller Moss, running back Woody Marks and a handful of capable receivers. That list includes Zachariah Branch, Kyron Hudson and Kyle Ford, among others.
Moss has been quite good, able to hit the key throws he needs at will. The real challenge for USC might simply be getting up for another big game after a showdown with Michigan. Wisconsin will be well-rested.
The question as to whether that rest and extra time off was productive for Wisconsin is another one. The Badgers are coming off a blasting by Alabama, with the double-whammy of a major injury to starting quarterback Tyler Van Dyke.
The Badgers do get an extra week to break in a new starter, but circumstances are certainly not ideal heading into the game against the Trojans.
