4-star PG Keyshuan Tillery commits to Cincinnati

4-star PG Keyshuan Tillery commits to Cincinnati

Keyshuan Tillery, a four-star point guard in the 2025 class, has committed to Cincinnati and head coach Wes Miller, he told On3.

The 6-foot senior out of New Hampton School (NH) chose the Bearcats over a final group of Virginia and Wake Forest, but he also received offers from Villanova and Ohio State, among others.

Tillery is the No. 72 overall recruit in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Rankings. He’s also the No. 14 point guard prospect. The On3 Industry Ranking is a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Tillery on his commitment to Cincinnati

Keyshuan Tillery discussed his decision to choose Cincy with On3.

“I chose Cincinnati because when I stepped on campus it felt like home,” he said. “The guys on the team, we vibed and that meant something to me. Coach Miller and the staff recruited me very heavily and built a great relationship. What allowed me to trust the staff was how real and upfront they were with me. Everything was genuine.”

In his own words, what type of player is Cincinnati getting in Keyshuan Tiller?

“I would describe my style of play as a pass-first point guard who wants to compete offensively and defensively and impact winning in any way. A fast-paced playing guard.”

He has a message for Cincy fans.

“One thing I have for Cincy fans is I’m excited to get on campus and get to work and I’m willing to do anything to impact winning!”

Tillery was noted as a standout by On3’s Jamie Shaw last year at the National Prep Showcase:

“The impressive aspect of Keyshaun Tillery in this game was that he had complete control of the pace of play. While he is on the smaller side, in the 5-foot-10 or 5-foot-11 range, he got everywhere he wanted on the floor and made plays at each level.

“Tillery sees the floor very well, and that goes for his passing and his scoring. His head is always up and his balance is maintained on the move, able to make the read as the opening happens. He scored well in the mid-range and extended his range beyond the three-point arc off the bounce.”
