2027 WR Landon Wolny will visit Colorado this weekend, then trip to Utah later this season

2027 WR Landon Wolny will visit Colorado this weekend, then trip to Utah later this season

Landon Wolny made the move from Glennwood Springs (Col.) to Fort Myers (Fla.) two years ago. The 6-foot-3, 215-pound sophomore wanted to compete against the best in the Sunshine State and he has emerged as a sophomore to know.

Wolny has picked up offers from Colorado, Colorado State, Kentucky, Ole Miss, TCU and Utah. Growing up about three hours from Boulder, Wolny followed the Buffaloes. He was going to games as a kid, he grew up a fan and he will see his first game as a recruit this weekend.

“I can’t wait to see the atmosphere,” Wolny told On3. “It is Colorado. The culture have changed there and there is a lot of hype around coach Prime (Deion Sanders) and there are some big stars there. They have Shedeur Sanders, Travis Hunter and there is a lot happening there right now. I am excited to see how it all goes this weekend.”

Wolny earned the offer from Colorado over the summer after working out at a camp. He picked up an offer from Utah in June as well. He will watch the Utes play later this season.

“Utah is an amazing place too. They have great coaches, the facilities are awesome and the staff is locked in there. It will be cool to get back out there too.”

It is early in the recruiting process for this versatile 2027 prospect at Fort Myers High, but as he looks for the right school, he is looking for coaches who push him and who invest in him the same as he invests in them.
