Where Notre Dame football ranks in Week 4 AP Top 25 after beating Purdue
It’s going to take a while for Notre Dame to work its way back into the top 10 of the polls. The Fighting Irish took the first step toward doing so this weekend in West Lafayette, Ind., though.
Notre Dame (2-1) moved up one spot to No. 18 in the Week 4 Coaches Poll after a 66-7 road victory over the Purdue Boilermakers. The Irish came in at No. 17 in the Week 4 Associated Press Poll, meanwhile, after falling from No. 5 to No. 18 with a Week 2 loss to Northern Illinois.
